Annual Franchise Conference

Our 2022 SP Screens Annual Franchise Conference was at Sales Port Macquarie, by Ridges. A beautiful regional town of Port Macquarie, NSW.

Bringing together all franchise partners across three states of Australia and senior management within the group.

Day 1 of Conference

A fantastic way for the individual franchisee to feel connected and part of a larger team

• Social Golf Day held at Port Macquarie Gold Club to get the guys together
• Followed by a casual group dinner at the leagues club to recap the golf shenanigans
• The golf day was organised and managed by the Franchisee Social Committee

Day 2 of Conference

Day 2 is where we get into the business side!! We had two main objectives of the day.

1. Learn what others are doing
2. How to be more successful

This was then followed by a team dinner where everyone had time to relax, reflect and enjoy.

Business Coaching Session

We were very lucky to have Phil Van der Woerd, the Managing Director of CommandeX hold a Business Coaching Session with the group. Phil talked about the fundamentals of running a business and the importance of understanding every minute in your franchise and it’s costs. Also the importance of following and trusting the process, and what the future looks like.

The feedback from the franchisees were that this session with Phil was “invaluable”.
